1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WPForge.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Free WordPress Themes
All themes distributed on WPForge are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL). This means:
- You may download and install our themes on as many websites as you wish, free of charge.
- You may modify the themes to suit your needs — customize code, colors, layouts, and functionality without restriction.
- You may redistribute GPL-licensed themes under the same license terms.
- A free WPForge account is required to download themes.
3. Add-on Services
WPForge offers paid add-on services including but not limited to installation, setup, customization, and extended support. All service fees are in USD and processed securely through Stripe.
Services are delivered after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you authorize WPForge to charge the displayed amount to your payment method.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to make it right.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
6. Intellectual Property
The WPForge name, logo, and website design are proprietary. Themes distributed through the Site remain under their original GPL license. Any modifications made to themes remain under GPL terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All themes and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WPForge does not guarantee that themes will be error-free, compatible with all plugins, or suitable for your specific use case.
8. Limitation of Liability
WPForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, its themes, or its services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
